Hi, I’m Cheryl, the practitioner behind Glow. I combine yoga, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy to give you simple, practical ways to feel calmer, less anxious, and more balanced.
I first trained in hypnotherapy and mindfulness in 2010 after seeing how powerful they were in easing panic and anxiety. Later, I trained in yoga for both adults and children, adding movement and breathwork to my practice.
Through Glow, I offer a supportive space with tools you can use every day — helping you reconnect, reset, and find your inner glow. ✨
